Adults and respectful use
You must be at least 18 to use Veylo. Use accurate information and a photo you have permission to share. No impersonation, harassment, threats, scams, exploitation, illegal content or sexual content. Respect consent. Do not pressure members for money, arrange off-platform payments, or promise returns for gifts. Optional in-app gifts follow the payment rules below. You retain ownership of your content and grant Veylo permission to store and display it only as needed to provide and moderate the service. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
Profiles, chat and moderation
You are responsible for what you post. Private chat requires a mutual like. You may block or report another member. Authorized moderators may review reports, remove content, suspend access and end live listings. Moderation is not continuously staffed and reports do not guarantee an immediate response. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Early access availability
Veylo is a responsive web app under development. Features can be unavailable or interrupted. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, audience size or earnings. Opening Live does not activate your camera or microphone. Choose Go live to start hosting and share media; choose Join stage to publish as a guest. Optional filters can be selected before hosting or changed from the effects control during a video live. A room supports the host and up to 3 approved guests. Photo and video posts are uploaded when you publish; videos are limited to 10 seconds. Live audio and video are shared with room participants. Other participants may record or capture what they see using their own devices; Veylo cannot guarantee that they will not. Broadcasting requires the live provider to be configured; unavailable broadcasts display an error when you try to start.
Plans and live access
The first two successfully connected hosting sessions are free. Failed starts do not use a free session. After the free sessions, a verified active subscription is required to host. Monthly plan prices are US$5.99 (Starter), US$10 (Connect), US$20 (Plus) and US$30 (Premium). Starter allows 2 hosted lives per week; Connect allows 3. Plus and Premium have no weekly hosting limit. These limits apply immediately while the subscription is active. Weeks reset Monday at 00:00 UTC; unused lives do not roll over. Each successfully connected hosted live counts once, including when ended early. Failed starts do not count. Joining a live as a viewer does not use this allowance. Upgrades keep the current week’s usage. Other tier benefits are not included unless expressly shown. When live payments are enabled, subscriptions charge real money and renew monthly until cancelled. Sandbox subscriptions use test money only. Use Manage subscription to view the available cancellation controls; contact support if the portal is unavailable. Stripe checkout displays the billing terms and any taxes before confirmation. The checkout screen identifies the selected mode. Test subscriptions never grant live paid access.
Points, gifts and earnings
Payment mode is displayed in the wallet. Sandbox purchases and earnings have no real cash value and remain separate from real-money balances. When live payments are activated, point purchases charge real money. Packs: 100 points for US$3, 500 for US$5, 1,000 for US$7. Gift costs are displayed before confirmation: Rose 10 points, Heart 50, Star 100. You cannot send a paid gift to yourself. Free taps and hearts do not create points or earnings. Try gifts uses separate local practice points; its animation is visible only to you and creates no payment, shared gift or creator earnings. Points are spent from the oldest purchased pack first. Each gift allocates the proportional purchase revenue after Stripe processing fees: 40% to Veylo and 60% to the recipient. Purchased points cannot be withdrawn. Sandbox creator earnings have a minimum 60-second test hold after the gift. Live creator earnings have a minimum 7-day hold after purchase, any Stripe payment-availability hold, and require manual support review. Automatic live transfers are unavailable in this release. Canadian creator setup requires Stripe verification. Earnings are recorded in the payment settlement currency (CAD or USD). In sandbox, available earnings of at least $1 in that currency can be transferred to the connected Stripe account. For real earnings, contact support for review; an eligible balance does not guarantee immediate transfer or bank arrival. Refunds and disputes freeze the affected purchase and remove its gift earnings, including for partial refunds, pending support review. Previously transferred amounts may be recovered or offset; contact support for test adjustments and refunds. No automatic cash-redemption or refund promise is made for test points; applicable consumer rights are not excluded. Financial records are retained for reconciliation after profile deletion. Live payments require explicit activation and Stripe approval for the actual business activity. Contact support for purchase problems or refund requests; non-waivable consumer rights remain applicable.
Sponsored placements
Advertisements are labelled Sponsored. Direct sponsors are selected by Veylo administrators; external ad availability and publisher payments depend on the advertising provider. An ad is not a guarantee or endorsement of an advertiser. Do not send money or account secrets to someone claiming that an ad guarantees earnings. Advertising does not give sponsors access to private messages. See the privacy policy for optional network ads and moderation access.
Privacy and account deletion
Read the privacy policy for visibility, storage and deletion information. You can delete your Veylo profile in Profile & preferences. This does not delete your Google account. Contact support for help or an appeal.
